Aloysius “Lo” Ballard, a native of Biloxi, MS displayed a natural talent and gift for music and creativity at an early age. He was quickly sought after and was introduced into the music industry under J. Eric Brown and Charity where he soon began to be mentored by Grammy Award Winner Producer Bobby Sparks, and Dr. Richard Smallwood just to name a few. Ballard is also a graduate of Berklee College of Music located in Boston. MA

Aloysius has been involved with many facets of events and programs over the years. Being blessed to travel and see the world has created endless opportunities for growth and experience in many fields. He has worked with various artists including Vickie Winans, Richard Smallwood, J.Eric Brown & Charity, Vicki Yohe, Canton Jones and many others. He has been involved with the Central City Productions “Stellar Award Show” for many years as well as having experience with the GMWA.
Ballard is the Owner and CEO of Beyond Expectations Productions, a production company with a focus on providing a feasible, in-house means for artist development, music production, live bands/ background singers, graphic design, and photography. President of Operations for indie label Rehoboth Records, and a consultant for Emerald E&S Inc, an international award winning marketing company based in New York.
Projects at Emerald E&S Inc includes: The Athletes for Life Tour, The Mother and Daughter Cook Off, Now Haiti®, Jerusalem Live-Christian Fest, The NCAA-Final Four, African Diaspora Heritage Hosted by Nova Scotia and the Christian Entrepreneurs Conference-Bermuda.
